Woman living in Spain wants to move & live in UK with her family?

My Sister has being living in Spain for 8 years . She is married and has two daughters'. She is not a spanish Citizen, She has come before and stayed in the UK for 5 Years. I would just like to know if there is any way she could come and live in England with her family, as I am not not quite sure what the law states in both countries. She also has two sisters in the England who have both being here for over 20 years.
She doesn't have an EU passport... And She can't apply for it yet until she has stayed in Spain for at least 10 years. :(

She would need to apply for indefinite leave to remain. With family in the UK, she's probably well up the queue, but the rules are being applied very strictly at the moment for political reasons. She would probably do better to remain in Spain for two years. Once she has a Spanish passport she can live in the UK. |
