Would it be considered "legal" to....?

okay so my aunt is adopting me because i dont want to live with my foster mom (my legal gardian right now) anymore. and it's going to take a couple of weeks for the papers and everything to go through the court. so, i was wodering since school starts soon if i can just be living with my aunt and go to the school where my aunt lives even though the papers havnt went through yet, or would i have to wait if the papers go through? how about if both my foster mom and aunt say "yes" to me doing this? please let me know. god bless everyone!

yes it would be a different school district

If everyone agrees with this, it wouldn't be against the law.
Good luck. Will it be a different school district? There may be problem with your aunt registering you?

katya
your aunt may need to write a letter saying you live with her, but if it's a new school, just register with your aunt's address. it shouldn't be a problem
