We got a paper that was for a rockstar trivia night and your sopposed to come dressed as rockstars (which in my opinion is stupid) but on the top of the paper it showed the rockstar gaming symbol, this one>>>>> http://images.suite101.com/449709_com_rockstar.png and it was up there as if it were there own, there was no copyrighted or rights revered, there was NOTHING. I dont like this school because it is private and they waste a TON of money on worthless crap, so i want to give them a little punch. So if i tell Rockstar Games about this, could they sue? if so about how much would they sue for?

Lol, well they'd likely just contact the school, and avoid legal costs, as its a waste of money for them.

You can tell Rockstar but if they request that the school remove the logo and the school does so, then there's no harm, no foul and the school has lost nothing. On the other hand, you may be found out and your pettiness recognised¬! |
