calling out sick for work?

i work at mcdonalds and ive never called out sick before. they said to call out the day before but i didnt feel sick til the middle of the night and ive been throwing up. i havent slept and im supposed to get up in an hour. i was thinking about just calling in around 7 and say i think i have a bug but if they really need me i can come in. on the contract though it said dont come in if your sick, since im working with food. can i be fired for this?

You COULD be fired, but probably won't be unless you do it often.
