If you are underage, they are not allowed to fire you because they are required by law to have you attend school during times depending on your state. This can range between 7am-3pm. If they fire you because of going to school between 7am-3pm then this is a equal rights violation. If you are over the age of 18 and you don't have your diploma still then they can release you for not meeting their min. criteria since most jobs now require a high school diploma or GED. |
