i am currently working at a small restraunt, since january 2, 2011 and my boss only pays us until 9 pm but most of the time we stay past 9 almost til 10, and when i brought this to his attention he replied i only pay you guys until 9 because you guys make good money. i replied well technically your suppose to pay us until the time we finish working and if not you can get in trouble by the labor board. he replies well i owe $10,000 to IRS and i say okay, then he says okay well now your only working mondays? and i say okay well thats cool. and he says okay. is this right? what should i do?
