hi.my situation its pretty hard,i came to states as an work and travel student for 4 months.but i did fall in love and i am with that person for 4 years now.i stayed hoping i ll fix my situation and still couldnt.he is nt a us citizen just a resident and he is still married here but as well he has a child in europe that he didnt mentioned when got married in states..we want to get married but he wants to help his child be a resident first.. can we get marry still after his divorce ?and can he still apply for his sons papers?thank u
