paper is traditional.....my hubby and i have been married for a few years and for our first anniversary i got him a subscription to his favorite magazine...we were just starting out and didn't have alot of money but he really appreciated this gift and it lasted a whole year. |

Guys like gadgets, tools, knives, watches...techie stuff. They like things that are either very utilitarian and practical that they can use all the time...or they like "toys" like iPods, cell phones, Blackberries, new car stereo. Some pretty boy types like having their vehicles detailed. Outdoorsy/sporty guys like things like getting a gift certificate for a couple of rounds of golf (with a buddy and a cart included, of course) or a session of paintball for himself and a few buddies.. .. or a white water rafting excursion with a guide for him and a friend or two.
I would skip anything like a dinner out, cologne, clothes. That kind of stuff just rolls off most guys and doesn't really show him you're paying attention to what he's into. |

Well my hubby loves to work on cars and so i just bought him lil stuff so when he cleaned the car or anyway something to do with vehicles..he likes it and im like u i didn't want to get him anything to flashy..but it just showed him that i payed attention to his likes over the past yr. |
