Every since My Ex-Husband left My two kids and I he's been Responsibility free he left for a women he met over the Net (MS). However, I refuse to let my kids Father see them he don't do anything for My two boys don't even call to see if they are okay. This weekend his Mom called for them to come for the weekend she said that she was getting them cause they Dad finally wanted to see them I told her that if he came over her House I didn't mind that but he couldn't take them with him, she rebelled against my wishes and let him take them I was so upset so I told her since she couldn't respect what I said then maybe she don't need to see them either was I wrong? Also I filed for CS I'm just playing the waiting game and It's not fair to me cause beside Me taking care of My Kids alone I have Bills that he don't help with...am I wrong for feeling the way I feel can you give me some informational advise Thanks in advance....Serious answers only!

No you are not wrong for feeling this way but you do have to share the kids with him they are his kids. I would go get a lawyer and go for full custody. Document things gather evidence that supports him being unfit, that way you will have total control over the situation since he finds strange pu**y to be more important then his family. |

I can understand that you are in a difficult situation; it's not easy raising two children on your own especially if you are facing financial hardship.
I know that you are probably feeling a lot of anger, bitterness and resentment towards your ex and his mother/family but remember your main concern should be the well being of your children.
I advice you to sit down with your ex's mother and your ex and discuss your concerns; explain to them how you are feeling and make it clear that you are the one doing most (if not all) of the parenting and therefor, your wishes should be respected.
it is in your childrens best interest to have a good relationship with their father and every parent does make mistakes, help your ex along the way and encourage him, if he does make a mistake rather than give him the "i told you so" lecture, try and discuss things with him.
Maybe the children and their father will end up having a great, loving relationship or maybe they will grown up to hate their father but either way, they will always appreciate that you never stood in their way and always wanted what was best for them. |

You can totally get a CS based on you taking full responsibility for the kids AND payingfor all their fees. Social services help also, you should contact them. |

You are doing the right thing. File for child support, while your at it since there dad don't see his kids anyhow file for full custody. |
