My partner and i have been together for 5 years and last year i found a collection of adult movies hidden when i confronted him he said he doesnt watch them but i was suspicious so kept an eye on things which proved me right that he was still watching them so i threw them out. 8 weeks ago i found some more yet again it was denied and yet again i proved him wrong i feel so cheated and hurt by the lies and went mad do u think i over reacted??

Well, I don't think that you over reacted, there is obviously something that really bothers you about the adult movies. Maybe you should try explaining to him what that is, or maybe you could try to watch the movies together. At the end of the day, I think that he's not cheating on you, he's at home watching the movies. |

It's a guy thing. Tell him it bothers you but make to big of an issue about it. Just because he watches it doesn't mean he loves you any less. Just be glad it's on video and not in real life. |

were you mad because he is watching adult movies or mad because he lied about it? twice? why did he feel the need to lie to you?why did you throw the movies out? are you feeling insecure ? do you not like him looking at other women? is it a jealousy thing ? or do you just genuinely not like that sort of thing? is your relationship in the bedroom ok? i can understand you feeling hurt by the lies that is only natural, i assume he lied because he knew you would go ballistic. but why do you feel so cheated? it is only a movie presumeably it is not of him. obviously you have a lot of discussing to do. if he knows how upset they make you can he not give them up? or could you sit and watch them with him? discuss. |

IMO, the problem here isn't that he's watching XXX movies, it's that he's lying. |

Why does him watching them upset you so much? Alot of cpls watch them together and its NOT unhealthy in my opinion. To me, it could be a learning tool, maybe he wants you to find them to spark some curiousity in the bedroom?
Throwing them out could only be feeding a fire. |

Yes you did do wrong what is wrong with watching them, He,s not cheating on you, Why dont you suggest watching one together you might get to like it. As long as its not perverted one's i would,nt have had a problem with it years ago. We've been married 45 years its just memories now. |
