do u think i have a problem...i have a few beers everyday almost after my fiancee and i put the kids to bed. i have around 3 or four beers to relax, i dont get drunk or anything i just do it to chill and relax. do u think i have a problem??

I don't see anything wrong with what you are doing...I think a drinking problem is when you are drunk everyday and don't take care of any other responsibilities. To me it sounds like you are still taking care of your responsibilities with your kids. |

Well, I don't think three or four beers after you put the kids to bed is a problem. It is only a problem if you NEED a drink and your mood changes if you don't get it, or your drinking interferes with your job, finances, relationship, etc. |

3 or 4? Yeah, thats probably too much. 1 or 2 would be okay...unless you are like 400lbs or something. It doesn't mean you necessarily have a problem, but you should probably cut back. |

Can you go without drinking for a few days or a week? If you cannot go without drinking for a few days you may have a problem. It's good that you don't drink and drive. |
