cause i realize that your siblings pick partners that suit them, not necesarrily choose partners that suit you. so are you friends with your inlaws? if they werent married, would u still be friends with them?

Ok, in laws. if you are lucky, you get good ones, but most usually it doesnt happen that way. My in laws are very different from my family, but I like them. Would I really be friends with them if I wasnt married...probably not. But they are your in laws now. You dont have to see them everyday, just on certain occasions. So make the best of it that you can. |

No. My brother's new wife's family is quiet and weird. As a matter of fact so is she. So sad tho, because my brother and I were very close up until this new wife. Can't explain it,we got along and still get along with his other 2 wives and there family. By the way my family is loud and crazy. We love to have lots of fun when we're around each other. We don't like playing 'quiet mouse, still mouse' like her peeps! |

Friendship is just a natural thing and can happen with anyone (or not). I have very good relations with all of my in laws but am closer (friends) with only some of them. And this just came naturally - as I got to know each of them - I realized that I had a deeper connection with some more than others.
