Well, look at it this way: Your marriage ended sooner than later, so the thirteen years had good and bad times. Just remember the good, but that's over move-on. Your best friend really wasn't your best friend because one doesn't loose a best friend. This person was just an acquaintance that you knew for sixteen years. Getting fired means there's another job waiting for you paying more money and better benefits. And loosing the car and house means you no longer have to make the car or mortgage payments, so you can start all over in a new car and a new home. Just take a deep breath, go out and sit in the sun, and love yourself because someone is coming along real soon to love you! |

It is the way the cards fell......I celebrate my sixth year away from my ex husband and it is Friday the 13th...the same as it was the year I left!! I have lost the same things the same way .It has gotten better.Keep your chin up and smile ...good karma brings good things. Look at what you do have and what you have accomplished see the brighter side to your life!!I was married 15 yrs, quit my job of six yrs, my oldest son moved back to his fathers house, it was my house but he got to keep it. It does get better!! I have a good man in my life, my children are almost grown, I have a better job now!! Keep going keep smiling the world is watching!!

Just life. A lot of people don't believe in bad luck. Much of the time, if one takes the time to reflect, it is possible to see what went wrong. Except for losing the friend ( if you are referring to losing them to death) trials indicate where the person needs to correct their life's path. I hope things get better.

it is definitely LIFE, We do not have control over our lives and so things happened because they are meant to be that way, we have a purpose. things kind of shake off to get where they have to be at.
The hardest part to understand is why things have to end after so many years right?
I guess we follow our instinct and don't see results until years passed. |

That's called "the storms of life", and it happens to everyone.
In less than a year's time one of our sons was killed in a car wreck, another son quit school, a daughter got a divorce, and my husband had a heart attack and had to have open-heart surgery. |
