my wife is at the safe house because she made an false acusment of me abusing her and the kids because an week ago i witnessedher slapping the kids. the next dat after she left i was served an restrainig order and have to go to court can she leave the state with the kids untill court is over? what are my rights

Basically you can not stop her from going anywhere. Your best bet is to get a lawyer and get legal help right away.
