if you paid your ex wife for raising your kids, and you never had a chance to be involved, but your ex wife didn't do her motherly duties, and your children turned out like crap, can you get your money back?

Nope, it's a sad, sad reality. I know all about it. My husband tried so desperately to get primary custody of his son because mom was a deadbeat. His son was 12 when he finally won custody, but so much damage was already done. Now we are left with the mess of straightening up this child with no financial or emotional help from his mother. Not to mention, mom "allowed" his son to live with us for years as long as we kept paying her support. |

no. it's court ordered. it has to be paid. it's a sad situation, but no refund, sorry. |

No because it was for the children not her. If she screwed up in raising your kids then it's your fault for choosing a lazy woman. |

no. You should have been involved and helped with raising the children. Maybe they turned out like crap because they didn't have their father in their lives.
