If your parents agree to marriage (considering you're under 16) and you want to live with your husband(perhaps to another state) is there anything they can legally do to stop you?

If your parents signed the marriage license, then they have no say, it's up to you and your husband.
Edit: If a sitting judge approved your marriage license, then your parents have no say so, it's now up to you. Sorry, I had to think about this one. |

Why a parent would agree to their child under 16 getting married is beyond me...but it depends on the state law. I live in California as well, but I never had to consider that law. Usually, if the parents signed the marriage license, then they're no longer legally responsible for you, so you can move where ever you want to. |
