I filed when my son was a month old.However his dad refused to be served (he has two other kids and wanted to wait until the oldest was 18 so he wouldn't pay for 3) Now my son is 8months and he is agreeing to DNA and paying support.I now am in another county and have to file here.My question is will he have to pay any arrears for previous time i filed or does it start over from now?

Yes, most likely the new county will see that you have been trying to have him served and go after him for back child support since he's the one making it hard BUT courts are weird.....you think you've got it in the bag but the judge rules against you.

It all depends on your state laws...he could have to pay arrears back to birth...
