THX fozzie bear lol yes my illness is real have been to specialists and was diagnosed with IBS and yes even going to the store can be a yes/ no thing for me ! I don't want to have to stop child support but don't know what to do as I haven't got any income coming in ! HELP PLEASE!!!

I find it funny that the non-custody parent always has a reason they can't pay, they just throw up their hands and say "oh well!" What if the custodial parent did that too. "Well, I'm sick, and I'm exhausted, so guess you just won't get diapers or dinner!" I'm disgusted more by my own culture everyday, American's can be so lazy and full of it. Fortunately for you if you have a Dr's statement saying you are not capable of working, you can get disability. If you recieve disability then you will not be required for a certian period of time to pay support, but whenever you work, you will pay, and perhaps will be required to pay back what you weren't paying previously. I doubt you will get a Dr's note saying your condition prevents you from working however. Which is good. Pay for your child's care! |

go to court to tell them you don't have any income so they can change the amount you have to pay. until then, you are obligated otherwise they can arrest you for failure to support. |

Actually, there is a fairly new treatment for IBS. Maybe you should go to the dr, if you aren't just wanting to be a deadbeat. Your kids still need to eat. |
