well, i think it depends on your situation. we personally did everything backwards but i am very happy with our lives!
we first had our daughter, rented, then bought a house, had our son then got married. LOL.

We have been married two years and still rent(house). We are thinking of buying, but home prices are very expensive where we live, and our rent is so cheap! Anyway, it doesn't really matter. There is nothing wrong with renting. I'm actually glad that we have waited, but I think now is the time to buy, with housing prices dropping so fast. |
