Divorce....Remarry in a catholic church?

I was recently divorced, and now I want to remarry in a catholic church. my first marriage was in a court.

Generally, civil marriages (in court) are rather quickly declared null by the Catholic Church based on "lack of canonical form." So file for a decree of nullity as soon as you can, and when it comes in, you'll be able to remarry in the Catholic Church.

The catholic church does not recognize your first marriage. If you and your partner are both Catholic you can marry in the Catholic church.

I'm almost 100% sure that you won't be able to. Ask your priest. Actually, you might have a chance because the first marriage wasn't in the Catholic church.
