My wife and I have been separated since jan 12th(almost 4 months) she put a restraining order on me,(no i didnt do anything violent or wrong,you can get a restraining order on ANYONE for 50 dollars)She has EVERYTHING I OWN, she has our daughter and we also have a son due june 2nd.How can someone just shut their husband and father of their children out like that person never existed.Im more hurt and pissed off in wondering than anything.I just dont understand why? i havnt gotten one phone call about my daughter or any emails updating me how the pregnancy is going.This has been a 4 month nightmare that i dont wish on anyone,I feel like its been years and Im really at the point of suicide or leaving the country.What a terrible thing to say.Im just in the dark and I dont know whats going on, ive been praying,and praying for my wife to realize this is wrong.Her mother has been divorced 3 times and her stepdad as well.Anytime we ever had a disagreement her moms advice was get a divorce,shes basically raised my wife in breakups,separation,and single parents.I hope her mom gets flattened by a mack truck because she said I was a single mom and had it hard,YOU CAN BE TOO.My children will grow up around that garbage and think that is a normality.Damn im so worried,hurt,confused,and pissed the f*&#Y4 OFF.I love my wife so much.We have a family and a future and i dont want this i still love her and forgive her.But cmon no phone calls emails at all for almost 4 months WTF....That kills a mans ego and confidence to be the person a wife and kids need.All I pray and fast to the lord for forgivness,reconciliation and love on both sides.Sure i could go to some bar,date strange women and make an idiot out of myself but i love my wife and kids to much.WTF is wrong with me and what should i do.This is effecting my job, im nott selling as many cars as i should,i dont hardly sleep,and i take drives in my truck just to pray and get the tears out.Im a weak simple stupid person.What do I do?

I'm so sorry you are going through this, this is such a terrible situation.
You need to seek legal advice immediately and get in touch with the police to get this restraining order reversed (if this is even possible). Explain your situation to the police and to the lawyers.
If you haven't done anything wrong, things will work out.

your neither weak or stupid. unfortunately it happens and we don't always know the reasons. bad things do happen to decent people. there are no answers here, if u still love her don't get a divorce she will come back to u eventually because a bad penny always comes back. i think u probably didn't get to know her well enough before u married her, happens to allot of us. when u don't have answers or know what to do, u pray and if its something good, the lord usually will grant your wish. sometimes he doesn't if its something that's just going to hurt u. |
