Some men do, but not all. Just like some women are more vocal than others. Be honest with your husband, ask if he is enjoying himself or if he feels like there is anything lacking. Some men are quite silent, or don't feel comfortable making exclamations or or grunts/moans while lovemaking.

My ex did, but for a long time when we were together he didnt make any noise. . . .then he got pretty loud, but not as loud as me. Women usually make more noise, like moaning and so on. some men even though they are greatly satisfied, wont make a sound, even when they orgasm. I used to be quiet until I discovered that it takes effort to be quiet, and the effort is a distraction. I found out that if I don't try to supress and sounds I might want to make it actually feels better. I'd rather make noise than take my attention off the pleasure just to be quiet.
