Absolutely, the moment I saw him, I knew that he knew me and we were going to spend the rest of our lives together.
9 years later, I still get butterflies when he's due home, and I hope I always will.
He has a brilliant mind and is loving and caring.
The love was there instantly as well, maybe I'm confusing meeting a soul mate with love at first sight???
Anyway, enough of me drivelling on.
When you meet your soul mate, you will just know. |

yes, i do believe in soulmates, i have already found mine..
how do i know? simply becos when we are together we just feel very comfortable and we talk everything through.
in my opinion, no two people in this world are completely the same, including personality, so we need to compromise. communication is, i believe, also very important in a relationship. |

Yes, I do. I began talking to him one night, and it was like we'd known each other our whole lives. I wasn't even looking for a bf but there was something about him. We had our first date the next night, and got married 11mths later. That was 12yrs ago. We've had our ups and downs, but still together and still love staring at his face sometimes. |

Yes i do. I don't know how I know. It just seems like we've been in love with each other for a 100 different life times. It's like she's the other half of me, and with out her I'm incomplete. My heart skips a beat when she walks in the room. I cam smell her from half a state away (which is where she is now.) We tried over and over again to make it work. Off and on for over 20 years. But it would seem that the Beatles were wrong. Love's not all you need. Oh well..... maybe in our next life we'll be able to keep it together. Hope you find your soul mate. i truly believe that there's somebody for everybody out there, just waiting to be found. And when you find that some one, you won't have to ask or wonder. You'll know. |

I definitely believe in soulmates, I found mine 15 months ago. He is simply my other half. I just knew from very early on in our relationship that he was "The One", there wasn't any one thing that made me know this, just a feeling that I had found him. |

Yes I do, and yes I did find mine. How did I know? That's a good question. I don't think you can know until after you have been married for a few years. I think at least ten years of faithful marriage are required before you really know. But even then how do you know? I think one way is having the ability to communicate by just looking at each other. Having the desire to sacrifice for the benefit of the other is also a good indicator. |

Yes, I have been married to mine for nearly 36 years. I know because we were both willing to go through all the "STUFF" needed to go through in order to have a wonderful, equal marriage. Something none of our friends truly have with their spouses. The main key ingredient is COMMUNICATION! |

yes i very much do.
i met mine at the age of 9.are familys moved away and we lost touch.it bloody hurt and i could never move on and have always sent them caring wish vibes.
i grew up, and married....after all we werent going to ever meet again. NO BLOODY WAY>>>>YES WAY!!!!!!
24 years later i found that we had later on in life gone on to move to the same area...less than 1/4 mile from one another and we had crossed each others paths many many times through our work/rest and play and somehow just knew each other.
my soulmate and i still love each other and i want us to get back together ...i am married though....which ever way i turn i am going to hurt one of them.
i want them back.we havent changed personality wise....they are my soulmate...it was ment to be!!
we are made in pairs. 1 male 1 female part of pair.we are released into the world and if we are lucky enough we get re united.
how do you know... you will know.
you dont need to talk or to touch to bond with one another as you will be so alike that you become "as one" at first sight ,straight away. then it will be the most overwelming emotional pain you have ever been in when you are momentarily parted. |

I do believe in soulmates and I have found mine. I am usually a quiet person and it takes a long time for me to open up to someone. In 2 months, I found myself telling him things that I wouldn't share with my friends that I have had for a long time. He actually gives me butterflies and when I am with him, I know it's where we belong. He is wonderful and I love him.
How do I know he's a soulmate though? We have made it through some tough times together and I still want to be with him. No matter what happens, we always find our way back to one another. I know that I could never let him go and know that he loves me the same way. |

I met mine in a chat room, he was from 700 miles away, we are now married. I just knew, because it felt more right than anything I ever felt. What a shame I wasted 24 years married to the WRONG man before I found the RIGHT one! |

Yes.
Your soul mate though is not always your lover. A soul mate could be some one you are connected to and have a commonality. It could be a sibling, best friend, parent grandparent...etc.
If you are interested in finding your soul mate read the book again and expand your prospective. |

Yes, and Cybeq is partially right, I thought I had found a soulmate in my wife of 20 yrs, she watched my back and I felt safe and secure. That was until she flew off to go meet her internet romance. I then had to evaluate whether or not I had been premature.
So, I made a desperate prayer, even though i'm not religious. That if she was not the one, then please give me the one who is, since this hurt so bad I could hardly stand it.
I'm sure God's not without a sense of humor and I found my true love on the internet. She is a carbon-copy of me. looks, personality, almost everything(except that she's a woman, which makes her much more crafty and innocent looking). She even has her best friend(a girlfriend) that matches exactly my best friend(a guy).
I must say, I doubted it at first, but we covered more ground(feelings) in one year than I had in the previous 20. And now we are inseperable.
I don't want to take anything away, and It may be soulmates that we have made a clever catch-phrase to identify long-lasting loving relationships. But then again, it may be about second chances, and divine intervention, and two people, who just happened to be at the right place, at the right time, and let natural attraction take place...
Will we ever know? |
