I sleep better knowing my partner is there. He rarely snores but when he does, it's because he's laying on his back and I just tell him to turn over. I get a better night sleeping knowing that he's right there next to me. ;] |

Well, its kind of hard to fall asleep if hes not there, but I need quiet most of the time to fall asleep and he snores a little bit. So, I dont know, its easier to fall asleep without him, but I miss him when hes not there |

I sleep so much better alone. I can move around don't have to fight over covers, or space. Plus I'm not much of a cuddlier when I;m trying to get comfortable and fall asleep I like to cuddle when i wake up in the morning. I find it easier when I fall asleep on the couch and hes already in bed so when I go to bed he's already asleep and i can move him easily and don't have to deal with him trying to cuddle and crowd me. I sleep better with my partner.... most of the time. If one of us is tossing and turning or snoring or not sleeping then one of us will go to sleep on the couch.
Although... if we had a guest room set up with a comfortable bed, I think the temptation of a peaceful nights sleep would lure me a little more frequentley than sleeping on the couch! |

Can't sleep with him, can't sleep without him.
When I travel alone, I hate it and can never sleep. But I spend the majority of the night screaming "turn on your side" and secretly kicking him under the sheets.
I would deal with a lifetime of snores if it means a lifetime with him though. |

i hate sleeping with my boyfriend he snores and always makes me sweaty with all the body heat he wont stay on his side of the bed i used to just move him or something like it and the snoring would stop for a while but it does not work anymore....i love him though and cant stand sleeping away from him I am just weird!!! |

well depends. On a good night when there is no rows, I prefer to have him next to me.
On a bad night, no.
For him, he always prefers to sleep on his own so he can take over the whole bed. |

i go thru stages. i used to live with a bf and he'd read all night with the light on and keep me awake, but when we split up, i still couldnt sleep for ages. think my body got used to being disturbed. took a few weeks to get settled. i was also very aware that i was the only person in the house, and i heard every noise the house made and woke up. but i got used to it then i loved slepping on my own. big bed, no snoring, no elbows! yeah! my fiancee has moved in and he hogs the bed but on fridays he stays over with his parents and i cant sleep at all without him there. I miss him too much. :-( |

I wish I had my own room! I'm the one that snores like a freight train, but my husband is a cuddler which is WAY worse! I prefer to not be touched while I sleep, most of the time I end up on the couch just so I can be alone!! |

I can sleep good either way and my partner snores as well. It doesn't bother me though, as it doesn't prevent me from going to sleep nor does it wake me up. However, he has back problems and will sleep on the couch most nights. If he falls asleep in the bed he makes his way to the couch sometime during the night but if he falls asleep on the couch he makes his way to the bed sometime during the night. I don't think it would be weird lol, that's just me though. Maybe that will help you get a better nights sleep |

It's been 2 months since my husband has switched to Graveyard and since then, my sleep has been off...I go to sleep between 1 and 2 in the morning but have to be up by 6. So yes, I have problems sleeping without him. I love it cause his body is always so warm and I like to snuggle up against him. I catch up on my sleep on the weekends cause he's there with me. |

MUCH better with my boyfriend. He works nights and I work days so we usually meet eachother somewhere in the middle. I miss him when he's not next to me. On the weekends, when he is...we both sleep like babies. |
