My husband was unfaithful to me last year(we weren't married then) he was emailing women online, acting as if I didn't exist, but he never met them or slept with them. It broke my heart when I found out. He said many sorrys and promised it would never happen again. Nothing has since, but I still find it hard to fully trust him, I hate to feel this way, but I wonder if he would ever hurt me like that again. I know it takes time, but I was wondering if anyone had advice how to trust him fully again, I love him so very much....

u may forgive but forgetting is the hardest thing to do. but if he has shown remorse and u see no signs of cheating now, i would try and focus on your life now, not what happened last year. there are never any guarantees in any marriage or relationship. but u need to give it a chance since he married u he must have loved u. |

in my opinion it would take a lot of time to trust him again I would have an issue with thins too....just keep a close eye and see if it happens again |

I think that if he owned up to the behavior of his own accord and he's ready to make it up to you (and you want to make things work) then you can get over this together. That means that you really love the guy and are willing to still be with him. It seems like you really love him and that you're devastated. I don't know how to tell you that this may happen again. For some guys, it's hardwired in their brains that they'll do these types of things. What you need to do is get some professional assistance (counseling, therapy, etc.) either alone or as a couple, and try to figure out how you can trust him again. It's a hard road to go down, but hopefully it will be worth it. Good luck. |

Just stop caring about it. Dont even think about. Pretend it never happened and tell yourself that if it happens again you wont even care. Well, thats what I did and eventually I trusted my man again. |
