Do you think you should always test drive a partner before you decide to marry him or her??

The modern world says so. But love is not dictated on the rock of the boat so to speak,he may be good in bed but other things or not so acceptable. It helps, but other things to, is he a good provider,does he listen,does he love you by his actions....

Personally, I didn't think people think like that....It's interesting people out there think of being a good test drive is a thing to do..
I think if the chemistry is there, and you are comfortable sharing things with each other etc... you should be fine.

absolutely. thats a big part of chemistry and connection. Its not just how good or bad they are but how you are together.

That's what dating is for. A person doesn't just go out and leap into a life commitment, they need to check out the merchandise and if they don't like it, they can look somewhere else.

I think you should test the relationship too. Sometimes people who are in love decide to get married too soon. Knowing how a partner is during the best of times is important but so is how they are during the worst of times. Many couples rush into marriage and then it falls apart at the first sign of trouble.

Yes I believe it is an important part of the relationship. There is so much infidelity nowadays that it should be taken into consideration before marriage. A man needs to satisfy his women, listen and ask what she likes and vice versa.

I mean you could find out after marriage that your partner gets off on cross dressing or bondage etc and what if you don't like it?!

Yeah it is good to know each other properly, inside and out before marrying. But not a good idea to get too comfortable living together. If I had my time again I would not have moved in with my partner until we were engaged........then he might have actually gotten round to it by now. Now we live together I dont think he has any incentive whatsoever to marry me.
