when me and my boyfriend started dating i did wanted to get married but time passed, he wants to get married but i don't.

No I don't want to get married. I would spend the rest of my life with someone that I loved but the whole party and celebration thing isn't for me. You don't need a wedding to share your lives together and show your love. |

I want a marriage like my grandparents. They have been happily and faithfully married for 65 years and they are still in love.
You don't get that now though its just cheating and divorces.
I'm only 17 though so still a bit young to decide. I think I would like to wake up to the same person everyday, but people today just aren't happy or loyal. |

Of course I want to marry my fiance, otherwise I would not have agreed to marry him!
And if you don't want to marry the man you are with, that's something you may want to analyze. No one can tell you whether or not you should marry and maybe it's the right thing for you guys, but is there a particular reason you don't want to marry him? |

My boyfriend and I have been together for a couple years. At first I didn't want to get married but as time went by, now I do. I would be happy with him no matter what, married or not. But I'm starting to worry about our future. We both work stressful jobs where sometimes the worst happens.....I'm concerned about what will happen to him if something happens to me and vise versa. Benefits, insurance, etc don't seem like much but we have built a life together and I would be devastated if he lost anything because he lost me.
Bottom line is in today's age everyone has different reason to want to get married or not. It's up to each of us as individuals to decide what is best for us and in truth, no other opinion matters. |

If you don't want to then that is the very BEST reason not to get married. I once let a woman talk me into marriage, and I regret it to this day, and not only regret it, but REALLY regret it!!!!! Don't let someone talk you into marriage. Let someone talk you into going to the movies, or trying a new food out, but never let someone talk you into marriage until you are good and ready!!!!! Trust me on this one, I do know what I am talking about, and I have been in your exact position once upon a time. |
