noone should be able to pick who you can and cannot talk to...husband or not...then he has some nerves...he's acts this way because he is guilty himself and feels that you may do it to get back at him...maybe...i don't know what is wrong with the mail species trying to control every aspect of a woman's life...tell him to find something to do with his life...he's lucky you've stayed around this long |

Sure, its called "Freedom of speech."
You, of course, have the right to ignore him. |

Nope. In almost every state that is even grounds for divorce under "alienation of affection."
He is your husband; not your owner/master.
The fact that he is totally insecure is his problem not yours. |

Just because he cheated on u, doesn't mean u will cheat on him. He's just being insecure about what he did in the past, and think you will do the same thing. I say talk to who u want to talk to, and be friends with who u want to be friends with, and tell him to get over his insecurities of HIS past. |

it hurts with every heartbeat

I cant believe you stayed with him.my mouth has just dropped from shock. have whatever friends you want he's just insecure because he knows he f u c ked up and is scared you'll get payback. and if the opportunity comes up to get payback i think you definitely should. |

All the nastiness in this relationship aside, why do you need a male friend anyway?
WTF leea?! |

It sounds like the two of you were too immature to be married in the first place. You are too kids trying to play marriage. If a person is an adult he or she has the decision to pick their own friends and no one can do that for the person.
I don't like to suggest divorce but I don't see this working. It sounds like you two are going to boss each other around and mess each other's lives up until once of you is dead or has a nervous break down.
Get an attorney or a counselor and be a damn adult. |

I think as long as your male friend-relationship goes no further than friendship, there shouldn't be a problem. Your husband should never let another person (ex or not baby momma or not) disrespect you in any manner. |

I would tell him to get over if he is the one that cheated and now getting over senative about you have male friends over fear of you cheating on him then it seems that ur husband needs to get over his insecurity and move on with life |

Sounds like your husband has created trust issues because of what he did. Have your husband meet your friend and maybe that will help. |

Holy crap you have had a hard marriage! All I can say is you need to sit down with your husband and a marriage counselor and go over what seems to be a lot of issues. You should be able to have guy friends but shouldn't be putting yourself in situations that could lead to an affair of your own, no matter what an @$$ your husband was in the past. Sounds to me that you are still upset about the problems your husband brought to the table and the consequences of his actions have greatly affected you and your family.
For the sake of your marriage and your family, you need to seriously find some guidance and closure to that painful period of your life and learn to forgive you husband. He, on the other hand, will have to learn that friends come in all shapes and sizes and genders. The only reason why he doesn't want you having any male friends is because he is insecure what could happen should you become attracted to your male friend.
Definitely do NOT let him "pick" who can be your friends. That is having control and can easily lead down a road to an abusive relationship. This baby's momma situation needs to be resolved. If it comes down to it and she is causing problems in your life, get a court order for harrassment and get a restraining order against her. Any contact your husband needs with her regarding the welfare of the child can be done through the court or a 3rd party.
I wish you the best of luck! Congrats on your twins! |

all I can say is wtf!!!.... yall got some serious issues and having male friends is not one of them...it would be wise to have friends both of you can have. |

oh wow. he's probably afraid your going to seek some sort of vegence on him and pay him back by cheating on him. His guilty concious is making him this way. I would make my own decisions on who i talk to and he can either deal with it or not. Take control back girlfriend! |
|

Fink Ployd
|
He is only doing that because he is scared that you will hurt him the way he hurt you. He knows you have reason to get revenge and that makes him worry. I think you should have whatever friends you want and do to him what he did to you. |

He's insecure with a very poor track record. He also appears to be irresponsible -- why would you want him ? |

HA! he has no right to tell you he cant trust you when he is the one who cheated. you can do what you want when you want. i'd leave his sorry behind. |
