ok, I have 6 kids total. I let everyone know this cause i like to be honest about it. I just got back into the dating game. But when i tell them i have six kids they run away. I am not trying to find a dad for my kids they have their dad, I trying to find a man for me. Men are scared i guess.

You've had the fortunate opportunity of discovering each of your children's pending arrival one by one, but the guy is getting a shot of "6 KIDS!!" in the face right off. It's scary and daunting! Now I'm not saying that you will never find someone, but as frustrating as it may be, you will just have to let the ones go who don't want a part of it. Do you really want someone who doesn't accept your situation? I wouldn't.
Be careful how you bring it up, also. Be sure to mention that their father is taking an active role, and that you are lucky in that you have time to focus on a relationship. They might be thinking that there's only a small sliver of a window in your life that they will have.

Cause that many kids is a crazy, chaotic environment. I grew up in a big family, and it was fun for the kids, but as the mom of ONE, I cannot imagine. Kudos to you. Best of luck!! |

You may be trying to find a man for you but you come as a package ... a big package ... and when somebody has kids they have issues that need to be dealt with and you have x6.
Personally if I were single I wouldn't even date a man with kids still at home but that's just me. |

men arent interesed in hearing ABOUT the adventures of 6 lives, on a date,
men want to come home from work and relax, plus they do not want to have to buy gifts for 6 kids, go shopping for or hear lets go to little league, girl scouts, kindergarten teachers, etc.
men want to do guys things, who in this world needs a large ready made family, he knows if he ever does anything like disneyworld or even pizzas-- it'll cost him a small fortune. if they tolerate any kid it will be their own.

A man for you would also have to have your six kids in his life. That's asking a lot.
However, there are guys out there who would enjoy having six kids in their lives. You just haven't found the right one yet. |

some men are just afraid of that, and they don't want "baggage". Any man that wouldn't date you just because you have kids is selfish anyway. Don't waste your time worrying about it! Their loss, not yours. |
