Does anyone try to dress hot in the gym these days and show thier body off, or is it strictly business for most?

I go to Bally's (just recently joined). For many, it's strictly business. For others, they treat the gym as a singles bar. You can usually tell which ones are which (girls come in with makeup done or hair done nice, guys walk around shirtless flexing in the mirrors, etc.). For me, I just dress normally. Some might consider it "hot," but it's just functional. Shorts, tank top, sports bra. That's what I usually wear. I wear pants sometimes during yoga classes, because that's a lot of bending over, and I don't want my butt hanging out. Some people definitely do try to dress to impress at the gym, though. |

Its business. Everyone is there to workout. Its hard to look hot when you're sweating because you're trying to melt off the calories. |
