Earning trust back from someone you hurt?

Wow...I guess what you need to first ask yourself is why you found it necessary to go behind your girlfriend's back and do those things? I don't know your age but perhaps you should be on your own for a while and just date without committing to someone exclusively. Figure out what is was that caused you to go behind your girlfriend's back for years and see other women.

I don't know if you'll be able to earn her trust back to be honest. You've deceived her for years and even if she wants to try again with you at some stage, she will ALWAYS wonder what you are getting up to when she isn't around....(is he texting, emailing, or seeing someone else again). It's a lose lose situation for you both.

Honestly, you should let her go and let her heal and find someone who is worthy of her time and attention and you should take stock of yourself and get things sorted so you won't do the same thing to the next girl...Remember what goes around comes around so learn your lesson now.

Girls are the most sensitive in love affair, you have really committed rubish anyway.Do make friend and always talk to her girl best friend explain to her what's happening to you, your feelings etc...if the feed back is hopeful try then to organize a talk , discuss clearly your point Okay..just try it. I hope she doesn't trust you again and I hope she breaks up with you.

The reason why I say this is because talking and meeting other women is a pattern for you. I think you need to experience the deep pain of seeing her pain and disappointment and losing the relationship in order for you to grow and stop this pattern. You need to fully experience the loss of her love in order to stop being a cad.

If she takes you back with no consequences, you will continue being a cad. Ideally you will learn from this experience and be worthy of the next woman you date.

You have proved to her that you are NOT loyal and trustworthy, and she probably is not going to take the chance of you ever hurting her again, so with that said, there is not much you can do except let her go and move on. She deserves better.

#2 why are you worried about it now if you lost her?
In addition to this question, explain to her why you are worried about it now that you lost her.
#3 don't do it again and promise her you will not
#4 do not break that promise
