Ex Husband or Current Marriage?

I am married to my second husband now for six years, recently I have just been feeling like I have lost that connection with him. I think a lot about maybe being happier by myself. I recently have been in contact with my first husband again after ten years and I'm feeling like I have really strong feelings for him. (We married really young right out of high school) I think that is the main reasons things did not work out. He was a good guy and all, we were just too young. I feel like my mind is going to explode over the confusion I feel about should I throw away what I have with my husband now, over thoughts of wanting to be with my ex, very strong thoughts. I know he still loves me, really always had, but I know my husband loves me too and would be really hurt..... I need help!

If you really want to decide, stop talking to your ex and examine your current relationship without outside influences. You should never leave someone for someone else, you should leave because you just do not want to be with them anymore.

And FYI, almost everyone has feelings for their first real love. People can be in happy, healthy relationships and still think about them. Doesn't mean they want to leave, just that the first person you are in love with just sticks with a lot of people.

As far as your husband, maybe it is time for a talk. Is there something in particular about him lately that has led you to this point? Only the two of you can figure things out, or not.

Seriously, though, you might want to look at your role in why your first marriage didn't work, and look at your role in what's going on in your present marriage. You are the common denominator in both marriages.

Instead of flip-flopping from one man to another, learn some things about yourself.

You should not have any contact with your ex, because that only makes matters worse.If your husband loves you and he treats you well, you should focus on your current relationship, especially if your husband treats you well. You could better stay in a good relationship then in something that you do not know what it will be like.

People like you should never get married in the first place. You are the ones who are never satisfied and that is the reason why you go through so many marriages. Any relationship you engage in will sooner or later fizzle so just give up the fight and be lonely. No one will ever truly make you happy "forever"
