If you by regretted it you mean wished it was easier or better, then almost every week.
Relationships are hard work, but they is little point regretting it.
If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, learn to live with it.

Only once- and my regret made me feel ashamed of myself. We'd gotten married in early June, and I had the last two weeks of July already approved for vacation time. Then, the plant I worked at shut down for the first two weeks of July That meant I was going to have the whole month off. A dream of mine has been to visit Alaska, so I considered taking the trip. But, I now had three young stepchildren, and having to sit in a car for a 10,000 mile round trip wouldn't have been fun for them. I couldn't do that to them, so forgot about seeing Alaska. That was 16 years ago. Still haven't seen Alaska. But my kids are raised and on their own, so since Alaska is still there, perhaps my wife and I will visit next year. |
