Ok i'm stuck in the middle. My friend who i have known for almost four year is in Iraq. His wife who has been my friend for two years, told him today she nolonger wants be be married. They will have been together 2 years in sept. He was smittend buy her. She has been lieing to him since basically the day he left for iraq. He is the one who told me she wanted to leave him. She who claims she is one of my best firneds hasn't said anything to me. He has asked me not to say anything to my husbnad (one of his best friends) my friends (another one of his best firneds who is married to his best firend) and even his wife. I'm very upset over this. Been crying for an hour. What makes this worse is they have a 9 month old son. I'm watching him right now. How the heck do i act like i know nothing around her and my husband. How can i help him?

dont help.thats not your place.she needs to woman up and tell him.and with him being in iraq it will be tough.she should have told him before he deployed.why wait it he is gone and they have a baby?that messes their minds up over there.she needs to figure out how she will do things.just stay back and let her handle what she has to.dont get involved,you will regret it down the road. |

Wow. You are in a tough spot. My best advice would be to not get involved but it seems a little late for that... She obviously isn't a very good friend or wife. Pray that the child will be okay. I would try to put minimal input on the subject with anyone involved. Just try to remain neutral. Good luck! |
