my first boyfriend i broke up with him because of my mom i felt so bad doing it i was crying like crazy forever. i will never forget that day that day will always be stuck in my head cause i really liked him too there was like nothing wrong him with to and i still think that he is perfect we dating for almost 2 months. we broke up like almost 4 years ago. |

I have...I felt guilty because I was leaving them with nothing...but I had no choice and so I did what I had to do. It took a few months and then I was ok with it. It helped that he was all right too! |

yes and to this day i question the reel reasons.good marriage gone bad after 15 years
and children three,the guilt will always be in the back part of my brain for ever as it was part of my life that i threw away. |

No, I don't usually feel guilty. I'd feel more guilty if I didn't care for him and strung him along for whatever reasons. How can I feel guilty about being honest with a man when I don't want to see him anymore? That frees him up to find someone who does love him. And it frees me up to do the same. Nothing to feel guilty about when you're being honest. |

I was with her for a few years. No, I didnt feel bad for the break up.
It was time to leave and as long as you are being truthful there is no need for guilt. We just argued alot. I wanted to be happy as well as wanted her to be happy. So, we parted ways. |

We were together for 21 years & I felt guilty off & on for the next 15 & even still do now sometimes. In the last 15 yrs I have broken up with 2 more and one broke up with me. Stuff happens. Life goes on. |

we were together for 5 years. I didn't feel bad about the break-up, it was mostly what led to it. I kinda regreted the choices I made, and I knew what I should have done differently if I had the chance all over again, but by then it was too late. We are good friends still, and always will be, and we are content with it. |
