Have you ever took your wedding ring off since you've been married?
|
Would you consider it disrespectful or perfectly fine?

Yes, because of job requirements. We lived together a long time before we married, we don't need a symbol to remind us of our commitment to each other.I think it's an individual thing. |
|

im the boss : )
|
disrespect. if your doing it for the wrong reason |

I NEVER wear mine because they are too big and fall off everytime I move my hand. I seriously need to get them sized.
My hubbys ring never leave his finger, NEVER! Wanna know how I know? His ring is too small and therefore got stuck on his finger. Yup, it wont come off. He told me he will not get it taken care of because it is meant to be and that he never want it to be off, ever. |

I take mine off all the time. Mainly it's because I work outside a lot and don't want to tear it up. |

If you take it off for your job then no if you take it off at the club then yes. |

I only take mine off when I shower or do dishes. I'm scared to death of losing them (I have an engagement ring, and a band)-the rings we wear belonged to his mother and father, who are now divorced.
Seven-my husband's ring has left his finger once in the two years we've been married for the same reason! lol! It's totally stuck on his finger. I don't remember why he needed to take it off but it took both of us, a bar of soap and lotion. |

I have to sometimes at work, when I am in a "sterile" environment.
I HATE taking it off, I'm terrified I will lose it! |

well i have no reason to take mine off. just when its being cleaned and such. but my husband on the other hand works at a toilet paper mill and has to take it off for safety reasons so he just wears it on his days off or if we go out on his day on. |

yeah. sweat would get in between my skin n the ring, so I'd take it off to air out my finger. My hubby didn't like that I did that, so I just quit telling him. But when we were together, my ring always stayed on. I'd consider it perfectly fine, if I knew y he took it off, if to air out his sweaty hands, or keep it from getting dirty, then it 's fine, but if he wants girls to think he's available, then no, not fine. although, when we started having issues, I took it off because I couldn't sleep with it on. To me, it was a right reason, but to mom, it was sacrilege. Idk y. Oh well, it's over now, n it's off permanently. |

Perfectly fine to take it out .....we even cut it away as our fingers become too fat, both of us. We are free of the ring for the last 35 years....still together but in opinion class. |

I have been married for 8 years and take mine off from time to time. I never leave the house without it on though. |

Well there are times when you have to take it off. If it's for work or a risk the ring could be damaged then it would be okay. When I sleep my ring is usually off in case it gets snagged on the covers...and when bathing it is off because you could eaisly lose it.
Depends if you left the house purposly without wearing it and didn't seem to have much interest/worry that you forgot it. Then I'd be more worried.
Good luck! |
