We just sold our home and now have the equity back out of the house. He wants to put this amount in a separate bank along with alot of money thats in the savings account. I want to divorce in a few months how do I keep this money for disappearing?

sounds as if he has a plan and if i were u and i was planning a divorce i would do it soon, before the money gets conveniently lost.

be very wary, sounds like his game is ahead of yours. make sure you keep all statements you you have proof when you divorce him that the money does exist. dont allow him to withdraw the additional savings if you can help it. call a lawyer quick smart.

Go behind his back withdraw the money and put it in an account under a family member or friends name.

Sounds as if that's what he has planned so beat him to the punch.
