Ok in my last post about four months ago My girlfriend and i broke up in april we started hanging out again she said she missed me, so one day we was hanging out and we both came to the conclusion that we would start talking again and stay friends to try and work out some of our issues we had in the past. but the next day we was back together. The first couple of days were great about the third day she had to have emergency surgery (appendix) so for that whole week of healing she wanted no one there but me. it made me feel needed and I really thought things were going great we was so sweet and affectionate. After she healed and started back at work and school. I started to notice that she came around but not like we was. And yesterday she tells me she is not ready to be back in the relationship that we moved too fast and she is stressed out by not only me but her graduating in may she also said she thought she was over the past but was really not her exact words was i need me time i need to find out who i am before i am with anyone....she totally dumped me again now i look on her facebook and she sounds like it is fine and talking to her friends about the weekend and just carrying on..I was miserable while we was not together and now i thought it was different but i am back at step one with the heartbreak. she said maybe one day we can be together but not now...i just dont know how she could just do this to me again..What i wanna know is how should i handle this i am young and confused...Y would she do this to me again? any good advice would be great please keep mean comments to yourself yes i want honesty but nothing mean thanks in advance

oh btw prom is this weekend and she still wants to go with me...she said even if we have a great time that will not change the way she feels..and guys that she had on her facebook that she talked to while we was apart are showing back up on it. she deleted them when we got back together to keep the jealousy down

Why would you want to wait for a person who doesn't want to be with you now? You are wasting your time on her and she is out having fun. Sounds like she doesn't want to be tied down but wants you to wait and if something better doesn't come along, she will pick you. Move on with your life! |

Look, this section is for married people. Look at the other questions here. Marital infidelity, miscarriages, caring for kids with terminal diseases, cancer, death. Don't you think that your question belongs in, say, the dating section? Not to belittle your discomfort, but, seriously, as you get older, you're going to regret devoting so much effort in a doomed relationship. Move on, and ask your question in a better place if you want a really thoughtful answer. Sorry. |
