This honestly may not answer your question. But before you want to go through the trouble of completly not trusting him, and assuming he's cheating, talk to him about it, ask him what's going on. A relationship needs trust and talking to him first would be the better way to go.

Man no offense but why does everyone seem to choose the worst option out of all the other options that lay in front of you?

If you suspect your husband is cheating then confront him, don't be scared. If he lies then say you have a detailed list from the phone company and you've called the number he has been calling, assuming you have researched into this. Just confront him, he is your husband. And if you find out he has been cheating, drop his sorry self and take half of everything he owns. Cheaters deserve it.

In our town your can call the phone co and have them block that number from incoming or outgoing to that number. check with your phone company and see if they offer that addition for you.

yes if you know her number. However think of this just because he can't call from the land line doesn't mean that he won't find another way to contact her. Besides he shouldn't even be calling her from home thats disrepect on top of disrespect.
