ok i dont need to hear leave him or he will do do it again all i need is some kind of book i can read or anything else that would help me work through my inscurities and trust issuses with my boyfriend i dont want to get all into it but a couple months ago he cheated on me with someone and i know hes not talking to her anymore but im still having a hard time getting over it. if you dont have a book or any other material to share with me please keep your comments to yourself and move on to the next question i dont need to hear other peoples opinions on my sistuation when know one really knows my situation really so please not to be rude or mean i just need a book i can read to help me cope and move on from this.

people are so negative. whenever cheating is mentioned they are so quick to say "leave him" if you love him and want to try to work it out, you should do just that.
i went through all of the possible emotions when my bf cheated on me. i was hurt, angry, sad, i blamed myself, i blamed him, i mostly liked to blame and hate her. none of that helped. i saw a therapist who then referred me to another therapist, i read the 4 books mentioned in one of your answers and a few more. very nominal success.
i am now married to the man that cheated on me. time has definitely dulled the pain. it is truly helpful when he puts in an effort to make me feel secure by coming home when he says and calling me to let me know if he is stuck in traffic or detained in any other way. there are good days and bad days. overall i am very happy and although i do not completely trust him i believe someday i will. it has gotten a lot better and our love is worth working for. my husband is the only man for me. no one is perfect. he made mistakes in the past it takes a strong person to forgive. if you really want to work it out you must be that strong person...for love
