my bf has male and female friends, but I get jealous of his female friends, its not like he spends a lot of time with them but he hangs out with them sometimes how can I keep my jealousy in check?

There is nothing that you can “do.” It's a matter of maturity, security, and confidence you have in yourself. You have to come to realize that just because he is a friend with them, it doesn’t mean he thinks any less of you or that does not mean he does not love you. The “maturity” part of the equation is that you have to understand that you are not the center of the universe (I know that sounds a little mean but it isn’t meant to be because you sound like a really nice person). |

being jealous is very normal just so you know but it can also ruin a relationship if your too jealous, the thing to do is just realize that no matter what your going to have to show trust in him. if he doesnt seem like the type to cheat or unless you have a good reason to suspect him then there is no reason to get jealous, alot of times people get jealous over nothing but it is very understandable to get jealous just make sure its not too much jealousy |

I suggest you make a male friend who you see whenever he sees his female friends (be careful not to make it obvious that is your plan)
If he starts getting jealous, he is cheating on you. If he's OK with it, he doesn't think like that and you've got your answer. He's a good boy.
