How can i get that "in love" feeling back?

Several couple friends have used the e-book at http://www.bringbackthespark.com to great success when they hit a rut in their marriages. It gives great suggestions for things to do and say to bring back the warmth and intimacy to a relationship. It suggests things both big and small to do, to put the "glue" back in the relationship, and as far as our relationship goes, it is the little things that are the glue. I am having trouble describing it - try it it doesn't cost much.

Remember too that your mind helps with that special feeling. You say you are trying hard, so that's a great start. Do you think that each thing he does is with good intentions? Even if you don't necessarily agree with what he has done?

Throw some variety in to your marriage too. My wife does it all the time. Recently, several times, she has worn a very short skirt that she knows I love, without even mentioning it. She knows I won't miss noticing it! She may keep it on when we go to the Mall, even though she feels it's too short. It is just one of many things she does to keep things interesting. It seems like you hit a rut and need to in a sense renew the relationship to find that exciting spark. How about trying to go on dates? and not just any old date, how about meeting there separately, having surprise dates that are new and spontaneous. Try to write down everyday at least 3 reasons why you love him and are with him. Do nice things for him like giving him a back massage, a big hug, kiss, doing some activity that he likes. Try doing something new with him like take a class or just some activity that you can do together that is new and different (dance class, cooking class, etc). Try to mix it up in the bedroom - If you are stuck in a routine maybe try something new with him (new position, strip, etc..). The key is to add to the relationship to keep things interesting and to reignite that spark. Good luck to you and I hope everything works out. Take care :)

Take a weekend getaway...stress free and able to ignite the spark. You could also start going out on dates again together every week or so.

Believe it or not it is a self generated feeling maybe you are a bit bored with your own life find your passion what do you like to do

get exicted about your own life every relationship changes sometimes we are madly in love and at other times we just do not get it or them
take care and do not try so hard but look within
