I been separated from an abusive relationship for a year now, was married for ten years. I have two kids and tomorrow is judgement day. God, please help me?

Just be honest to the judge. DO NOT look at your ex, he may try to intimidate or scare you. Look directly at the judge, give him/her the specific details as to what happened int he marriage, and separation. Answer all his questions honestly and be straight and to the point (avoid dramatizing things) The4re is nothing to be afraid of, your ex is the bad guy...not you. The judge will see that.... |

Is judgement day a custody hearing? I bet you have a good chance if so of getting your kids, especially if they have been abused as well. That is what happened to me, and luckily, the judge saw right through my ex and I got my son. good luck |
