If yes, you still love her: Tell her your situation. She must be very angry with you, but you don't need to tell her in detail about your cheating experience and how much money you spent for pleasing those hot women, you may just tell her your "new" obsession. Tell her that this is one of your weaknesses you can't "remove" without her help. She may want to "renew" her appearance.
Since you are willing to buy special "bodysuit" I guess you will have money to enroll her to a good fitness center, or even have her get a cosmetic surgery. She may want to be looking good, too... for her own sake not yours :) Or you may want to start help her doing the chores, so she will have time to beautify herself.
