how do I recieve reprsentation for a divorce? My husband works while I am on disibilty?? He wants me to pay child support? WTF? Also says I am not allowed any assests or alomoney payment and he want''s sole custy of our 6 ear old son..?? HELP!! We got married in AZ in 2000 and have been together 10 years!!! He had nothing when we meet and I helped him aquire everything we got it all together I did work.. He slapped a restraining order on me for no reason!! Before that stole my son for 3 days abondon me in our home he stoped paying on!!! Now He want's me to live on the streets and have nothing?? How can someone do that to there wife and daughter we have no where to go no money no lawyer and no home.. Don't know who the loan morgtee company is to even call to find out how much time we have here. He just up and left us and moved in somewhere else!! "THIS IS INSANITY" I feel helpless what are my rights what will happen to my daughter and I?

Contact a lawyer for a consultation. Sometimes lawyers don't charge for the initial consultation. You need to find out what your rights are. If you don't have the money to pay a lawyer, they sometimes will put you on a payment schedule. Being that you don't work, you're probably entitled to alimony and I don't see how you're suppose to pay child support. Good Luck! |

What a mess! You wont be able to straighten this out without a lawyer.
I understand not being able to afford one but you better borrow it from someone or check in to legal aid in the county you live in. You may be eligible for legal aid if you are disabled. Good Luck |
