My wife is going through a hard time right now she lost our baby two months ago. She is blaming herself for the loss of our baby but now she's afraid that I might leave her because she lost our baby. I keep on telling her I love her but she's still not convinced or secure.

There is probably nothing as devastating to a woman than the loss of a baby. It tends to make a woman feel like she failed at the one important thing that women were specifically designed to do. Eventually the pain will subside. She will get up want to keep trying until she can succeed. She may even obsess for a while until she achieves another pregnancy. Just to give you a heads up. Don't be surprised by this behavior. All you can do is just keep doing what your doing. Since she feels like a failure in her own mind. She feels like you see her that way too. Just stand by her and be patient. Send her flowers with a sweet note or wine and dine her. Just show her. Women sometimes have to be convinced by men's actions more than their words. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you both achieve your goal to be parents very soon. |

Just be a good husband and do what comes natural. She needs time to work things out by herself and by going above and beyond what you're already doing will come off as pacifying and overboard. Shes hormonal and ultra sensitive...let it be until she's ready to talk and vent to you. |
