When you constantly mentally bombard yourself with the memory....you are only torturing yourself....you couldn't control him..and this had nothing to do with you.....really it didn't....and his infidelity did not mean you were not good enough....or this would never of happened....another cruel thought women say to themselves after a event like this occurred....but focus on you....get your mind off a buch of negative stuff that you didn't create and you don't deserve....REFOCUS....you are fine....you will let this go....got it?
