I cant accept that i was stupid and used my ex dumped me after he got engaged (arranged marriage); he mentally abused me ; u name it , he ended up laughing at me for all the things i have done for him, money, physically, all of it. was it really my fault; he always had an excuse or begged me to do whatever he wanted; and then told me i have no respect for myself,
it just doesnt make sense to me ; if he wanted a strong woman to begin with , he wouldnt have told me that he doesnt want a woman to give her opinion; but his word has to be obeyed
i say dont blame the doormat, but the sly one that takes advantage of knowing that the other loves them unconditionally
i feel so ashamed of myself :'(

the problem here is your ego, and how this has made u feel about yourself inside. u thought u could keep him by doing everything u thought he would want, at the expense of your own self worth. in loving this man u lost Your Identity, only to be kicked to the curb for someone else.people do get used in life, opportunist see them and prey upon them, seeing a weakness in their personality. the unsuspecting doormat just wants love, and thinks love is giving everything she has. if u don't respect u he won't either. never let a man control u, or your emotions. its twice as bad when the man laughs at u after using u. so get some therapy, find out how not to attract this type of man. what u may have been with was what they call a sociopath, and they are artful in deception and u can't tell who they are, they act charming, act as if they love u, and how could u have known anyway, stop blaming yourself, forgive yourself and move on with your dignity. |

You simply met the wrong man who neither loved you nor himself. Learn from your mistakes and when you find the right man you'll never have to ask the question again. You move on and don't shelter yourself from a loving man just because of the past or you'll pass up a potential romance that could be better than you've ever imagined. Good luck |
