How people do you know are divorced and under 25?

A lot. It seemed to happen when people get married too young and they don't fully understand the commitment and work that it takes, or they aren't willing to put the work into it. I have one friend who is 28 and been divorced 5 times. Hopefully she wises up and just doesn't get married again! Way too hard on her little girl!

Pretty much EVERY person I know that got married before age 24 is now divorced, with kids of course! You knew as soon as they got married it wouldn't work but they went ahead anyway. Stupid is as stupid does! I just feel sorry for these poor kids that get dragged all over the place and have sets of step parents, step grandmoms, Mommy's "friends", etc....

Quite a few, actually. My best friend is 27 and on her third marriage. I have a friend who's 21 and just got remarried. And scads of others...

My mom was divorced by 26 - I was a year old. I can't imagine what she had to go through.

I'm currently 30 and married for 3 years now....no kids and grateful. Life is hard enough but to be struggling to make ends meet with a child would be the worst.

I will always be appreciative to her for all the sacrifices she made to give me a good life.

My sister was divorced twice by the tiume she was 26. I am 26 have only been married once ( still married) Getting ready to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, have a child, and I have absolutely no plans for divorce ever. Unless he cheats on me then we will be talking about it- lol! My sister is actually working on her 3rd divorce and she is only 29.

An old friend of mine got married when she was like 22. Within 3 months she was already divorced and within a month of her divorce she started dating this guy who was her ex husbands good friend and he got her pregnant and also ended up leaving her. She sure know's how to pick them don't she?

I dn't actually know anyone that's divorced, but a distant family member. I think she was married for like 3 months and got it annuled. she didn't know what she wanted, I guess she was in love with the "idea" of marriage. I still dn't thinks she knows what she wants...go figure. I'm under 25(but old enough) and hubby is 28 and we're doing just fine.

I know of 2. One married at the age of 17 and the other married at 18. Now both are divorced single mothers.

All. If they married before they were 25 they were divorced by the time they reached 25 and are on other relationships.

I was 23 when I got divorced...now 25....but you live and you learn and if I hadn't made the mistake of marrying that moron, I would never have had the blessing of my amazing and wonderful daughter...
