Well, we have a 6 month old son and we will be living maybe a 4-6 hour drive from each other. How would we manage the visitation of our 6 month old?

Lady, do you even know the entire story??? NO so your rant about why I'm making it so hard on him... NO I'm not making it hard on him. We are a military family and now because of the divorce I am moving closer to my family for support and he's moving back to where his family is from putting us far apart. Why would I want to move closer to him just to make it easier for him to see our son and not haver the support my son and I need. Gee lady thinbk before you let you big mouth rant like that! Thank you but no thank you for your input.

usually custody cases are handled the same time as a divorce. that has to be hard. but if you can't come up with a good plan and agree on it then get an attorney. my parents lived about 3 hours away from each other and they would meet in the middle. |

Both of you are going to have to agree on this one and follow the agreement. It will be tough because of the distance. meet in the middle? Stay overnight? Good luck. |

You shouldn't be living so far from each other. That was YOUR choice, not your child's.
